KAZ57 (Austrian Pea Dot) Seamless Neck Gaiter Mask
KAZ-57 (Kampfanzug 1957)
Officially known as Kampfanzug 1957 (Combat suit 1957) was the first camo pattern developed by the Bundesheer and was introduced in 1957, often referred to as "Austrian Pea Dot", "Pea Pattern" or "KAZ-57".
While it does share some similarities with the WW2 Erbsenmuster pattern developed by Germany, the Austrian pattern is only influenced by this earlier design and is not based on the original German drawings.
The camouflage design consists of irregular green and brown patches with a beige or khaki base layer, designed to blend with central European forested environments.
