Often just referred to as "Sumpftarn" this pattern was adopted by the West German Federal Border Guard ("Bundesgrenzschutz") in 1952.
Sumpftarn is a reproduction of the wartime Wehrmacht Sumpfmuster 44 ("44 Marsh Pattern") with some modifications on other variants of Sumpftarn that we produced through 1952-1963
Product Info: Neck Gaiter and Mask is made from polyester and is approx. 9.8 x 16.5 inch in size, with decent elasticity, one size fits most.
Neck Gaiter does provide decent UV Protection and is very breathable making it great for outdoor use.
