Tibetan Flecktarn (Type 03 Plateau) was in service with People's Liberation Army units operating in Tibet, Inner Mongolia & the Beijing Military Region.
the pattern's artwork is nearly identical to the German original however the Chinese version consists of a base color of sand with grey, light-brown, mid-brown, and black.
Introduced in 2003 it was later replaced in 2007 by a four-color digital pattern named
"07 Arid Camouflage" ("07式荒漠迷彩作训服").
Other names include "Tibetarn" and "Tibet-Flecktarn"
